The 12 Easy Outcome steps are set out here. A one page summary of the twelve steps is available here. There's only one step that's essential in Easy Outcomes - drawing an outcomes model. You might only do a few of the other steps in the process - no problem. You might also do them in a different order from how we've listed them here.
Just read each of the steps set out here to understand how you do Easy Outcomes.
To actually try the process yourself, if you want to, you can download a trial version of the DoView software and have a go. Once you have downloaded Doview, just download the Easy Outcomes DoView template from the Resources page on this site and you can quickly get started setting up an Easy Outcomes DoView model. On the other hand, if you wish, you can do Easy Outcomes using other standard software in whatever way works for you.
